The key here being YOU. I don’t have ONE solution I recommend to everyone. I have a process to determine the best solution for you – your business, your lifestyle, your goals.

What do I know?

I had 15 years in corporate, running this process through sales, marketing and operations teams. So they could achieve the KPIs the business set them. I adore seeing others succeed and furthermore, playing a part in that. 

I gave up corporate so I could spend time in the garden with my kids. Yep, not to make millions (although I have certainly set the path for my clients to do that). 

I understand that every person and every business is different. That there is no one size fits all. I had wondered how I could work with larger groups of business owners while still allowing the result to be fully customized. I landed on running a live-learning course where I take you through the process, and help you with your specific needs.

Course structure

There are three components to my process:

1) Lifestyle Alignment

What are your values, principles and goals? How can you scale and remain in alignment with those? (Spoiler: it might not be what your business buddy is doing).

2) Revenue maximising

How can you earn more? Is that by changing your business model, your prices or maybe just getting the mix right between your current offers? We’ll look at what makes the most sense for you in terms of profit, time and in alignment with your lifestyle.

3) Cost management

No I don’t just mean cost reduction! This involves putting money towards solving the right problem for you. It may not be a VA like you’ve been told. It might be extra child care. It might be exiting a membership or it might mean investing in a more efficient CRM system.

Two of my interests as a child were organising and maths – when my mum taught me about budgeting – which combines organising AND maths – I was hooked. I had found my superpower.
 
For much off my early career, I worked in the corporate finance world, it was high paced and high stakes. I have over 15 years in financial accounting, management accounting and strategy analysis under my belt, but I never really felt like I fit into the blue-chip corporate mould. I now love what I do helping small business owners to feel in control, reap the rewards, live life on their terms, and enjoy a sense of achievement, freedom and fulfilment.
